WHATS ON THE MENU FOR TODAY?
Breakfast was 6 oz low card vanilla yogurt (yum)
Lunch (still working on it at 2:30 PM) turkey roll-up (1 oz deli turkey and 1 slice provolone cheese)
Dinner ? Haven't crossed that bridge yet (I know, meals should be planned out)
My challenge has been getting in my water, everytime I start sipping on a bottle of water or crystal light, I start feeling very full, almost instantaniously. (sp?) That combined with not drinking with food, it's very difficult to get the fluids in.

I always feel like I am eating too much...so far today,
Breakfast- 2 cups green tea.
1 wedge laughing cow cheese
one unjury protein drink mixed with decaf coffee
snac****d decaf coffee with equal and fat free half and half
2 laughing cow cheese wedges
1 sugar free popsickle
lunch- atkins vanilla yogurt
unjury unflavored protein mixed with diet nestea but i threw half out, it was gross
snack - 2 sugarfree fudgesicles
dinner- i am making grilled chicken breast, brown rice and steamed green beans for the family but the chicken doesn't alwasy agree with me so i'll let you know how I do later.
