AM I EATING ENOUGH?

I worry about this.. Here's an example.. 1/3 cup Life ceareal for breakfast. 2 "rollups" turkey and provolone (a slice or turkey and a slice of provolone on each) protein bar for snack. maybe another roll up for dinner... s/f pudding for snack.. There is still lots of foods I'm afraid of. I cannot eat eggs at all. water in between 60 ounces. Please give me some feedback. Vivian

The nutrition department at the hospital here in Philadelphia says that women require a minimum of 64g of protein, and about 800 calories a day. As long as you're careful of fat and sugar, get as much protein as you can eat, and don't worry so much about volume. Your water is fine. How much have you lost so far?

Vivian, Just do what your nutritionist tells you. I'm still only supposed to eat three meals a day. So I only get in 300 to 500 calories a day. Each person is different as far as what they can tolerate. I can tolerate most foods. I haven't tried anything with more than 5 grams of sugar (and dont plan on trying it either). Other than that, I don't tolerate fried foods but everything else goes down fine. You're getting plenty of water in too. You are probably doing just fine. Eventually you will probably need to take more in just like I will also. Keep up the good work. Here's an example of what I ate yesterday. B- half an omelet from Einstein's L- 1/3 cup chicken and grilled peppers and onions D- 1/3 of a blue cheese burger from Bennigan's minus the bun Kerri ;)
