Well, its been while since I've posted... I have had 3 deaths in my family in the past month so I have'nt had much time to actually sit and have a moment to myself and post. I hope all of you are doing well and just wanted to let you all know that although I have been going through a rough time emotionally, healthwise I am kicking butt!! Since my surgery on March 14th I have lost 55pounds! I am feeling so much more energized now and look forward to much continued success! Bonnie

Hi, Bonnie! Welcome back. Sorry about the deaths in your family. WOW! THREE in one month? OMG! I'm so sorry!! Congrats on the 55 lbs though Just think if you hadn't had the surgery when you did you would be gaining weight this past month with all the stress and trauma. Sorry you are going through all this. Thanks for posting. You are doing great - holding up well! Hugs, Trisha

That's rough, Bonnie. I commiserate: My mother has gone home to die, my father has Alzheimer's and is in denial of her condition, and I have to make a 200 mile drive every week to handle business and help care for them. I feel like I've been stuffed in a pressure cooker, sometimes. Usually, moments like this meant that it was time for people to run out and buy stock in Dunkin' Donuts, but I've remained focused during this time. Be strong and know you have an extended family here that care. Greg (342/265/178)
