Released for full activity

Had a 9-week post op visit with the surgeon today and he has released me to resume full activity and advanced my diet. I will pretty much be able to eat anything I want and not just soft foods anymore! Yeah , I was getting kinda bored with the limited selections. Of course that doesn't mean I can go or anything, I'll still have to pay close attention to portion sizes and watch for intolerances with new foods, but at least there will be more variety. Congrats!! How exciting!! Yeah the early stages of our food selections get boring fast. It's exciting moving to new stage! Yay!! Hugs, Trisha
