Century club - Soooo Close!
Thanks to the heat wave that hit North Texas this past weekend, I lost 6 pounds since Friday morning and thought for sure I would hit my century mark today. Yesterday I was at -95.5 lbs and broke my "rule" of only weighing in once a week because I wanted to know the exact day I hit it. I went and lifted weights last night, a really good session, and thought I would nail it. Well, I gained a pound yesterday!! That is why I don't weigh everyday! Friday is my 3 month mark, and I'm sure I'll hit it by then, but those increases are sure frustrating! To be continued...

Just remember, if you were lifting weights last night then that 1lb is muscle and that is a good thing. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Although I know it is still frustrating. I have a goal to be under 300 by the time I go visit my parents in AR, and we are leaving on Friday morning. I only have 2lbs to go, but have been sitting at 301 for about 3 days. Oh-well, we'll both get there before we know it.
