Stricuture Again
Hello... Guess what? Yep you guessed it ANOTHER STRICTURE... It all started Friday night and went all weekend... everything I stick in my mouth comes back up within 30-45 minutes... I have a call into my doctor and hopefully they will be able to get me in tomorrow... I know it is no big deal to have the scope, I am not worried about that... I just HATE IV's.... I would rather give birth 100 times than have 1 IV ... Please keep me in your prayes the next few days... Love ya'll

I am so sorry that you are going through this. I too feel the same way about IV's they just hurt. But I try to psych myself out so I "won't feel them as much" but you know what happens, I hope all goes well for you. I will have you in my thoughts and prayers. Especially that it won't happen again!

I know how you feel about IV's the nurses need more practice whenever they come near me I warn them that I am a hard stick and they get 2 chanes with me and that is it. They usually find a vein after about 15 minutes of looking, they stick me and then they dig around with the needle and say "I got the vein I do not know why it won't work". Now when I go in I tell them to get the best person they have to do it and they usually get it within the second try. Remember it is your body you have the right to tell them to find the person who will get it done right and not let them get experience on you. I have a procedure later this week and I know an IV is definetly gonna happen and I will make sure they have an IV expert there to do it .
