Congratulations! I hope to join you someday in the 100's, but I might not make it that low. I broke 400 and now have my sights on 300! Keep it up!

Woo hoo. I know how you feel. I had my surgery on 3-7-05 and just hit 199. I've lost 46 pounds. Yeah! I hope I never see 200 again. Gayle

Congrats, FWD. I had my surgery a week before you and I am still a long ways to go (69 lbs) to get below 200. My goal is lower but, truth be told, anyplace under 200 lbs (a number I haven't seen in 25 years) will make me very happy. Continued success!! Greg 342/268/178
