Two Month Dr. Appt.
I had my two month Dr. Appt. yesterday. I am down 39 lbs. The doctor wants my protein to be between 50-60 grams per day and I wa****ting over. Mostly because of a protein shake in the morning that gave me 30 g protein so i cut it in half starting today. I got the feeling like maybe I wasn't doing so good. maybe I am eating to much, I didn't lose enough weight etc etc etc. I can be pretty hard on myself anyway so I shouldn't fret to much. He asked what speed the treadmill was on and I was a bit embarrassed cause I didn't think it was fast enough and said 3.6. But then afterwards I found out that my friend who exercises all the time does it at 3.8 so I should have been pretty proud.
Ugh...I better not be messing this up! Gotta get my head on straight. I guess I should start posting the food again or at least paying attention to what others are eating.
Well all in all I am glad about the 39 lb loss and I'll just keep up what I am doing.
