THANKS For the reply's on what your eating....
Thanks for everyone's input! I've been wanting to snack a lot lately....maybe it's that time of the month already?!?! I just know I get so mad at myself cause I find myself lurking in the kitchen so much this past week! I counted up an estimate of calories, fat, carbs, and protein that I typically eat in a day...i think it may be ok? But as far as calories...it seems as if I am doing an average of 700-800 a day...is that too many?? Protein I am intaking 60-70 grams...fat 22-25 grams a day. Uggg I feel like I am already having problems and scared I won't lose any more weight! I got on the scale yesterday and i am back to only 35 lbs gone...what's going on?????
