WHAT"S EVERYONE EATING????

I am nine weeks out and I eat oatmeal or cottage cheese and baby food fruit or sugar free applesauce for breakfast. At lunch and dinner I eat salmon or chicken or tuna. I've also had meatloaf, scallops, shrimp. On the side I have a small helping of baby veggies or mashed potatoes. Lately I've been having chili without beans with cheese. I eat protein bars because all the shakes make me queasy. I usually don't eat anything else because I'm full before I eat the half cup-- usually a couple of spoonfuls short. I don't have anything white: bread, white rice, sugar. I do have stone ground wheat crackers with some meals. Lean Cuisine has new "spa" dinners. What's nice about them is that if they use rice, it's brown rice which is ok. The dinners are very good.

Thanks for everyone's input! I've been wanting to snack a lot lately....maybe it's that time of the month already?!?! I just know I get so mad at myself cause I find myself lurking in the kitchen so much this past week! I counted up an estimate of calories, fat, carbs, and protein that I typically eat in a day...i think it may be ok? But as far as calories...it seems as if I am doing an average of 700-800 a day...is that too many?? Protein I am intaking 60-70 grams...fat 22-25 grams a day. Uggg I feel like I am already having problems and scared I won't lose any more weight! I got on the scale yesterday and i am back to only 35 lbs gone...what's going on?????

I'm 8 weeks out and have been one of those lucky people that can tolerate most foods as long as there is no sugar and it isn't deep fried. Here's what I ate yesterday. B- 2 triscuits, one slice of deli turkey, one slice of muenster cheese L- 1/2 of a low calorie, low fat bratwurst with onions and spicy mustard D- 1/4 cup eggbeaters with diced tomatoes, onions, ham, and provolone. plus 60ozs water and 16ozs of tropicana light fruit punch and all my vitamins. Protein ended up around 40 to 50grams. Kerri ;)
