What's the Running Total?
Until last Thursday, I had lost only 15 pounds post-surgery (I had lost 25 pre). Then, after six weeks of no loss, I was down another 10 pounds. And I realized something. In the past, if I had hit a plateau that was half as long, I would have used it as an excuse to binge on something forbidden. Now, I can't do that. In fact, I didn't even think about doing it. So, another reason to be grateful for the surgery. It keeps us on track even through the plateaus.
Well I am happy to say with my -50 that makes 461.5 and yes don't forget the .5, it always seems to make my day when it isn't there. Congratulations to all the losers, lol. Isn't this the best tool we could have, I am down 1/3 of what I want to lose, and that makes me very happy.... up and down for all of us.....yahoo.............
