Yep, this board is great and I agree, it's good to be others that are going through things around the same time I'm going through things. It's great!!
Congrats on 31 lbs lost forever!! Wow!! That's wonderful. I plan to be in the pool a lot this summer as well. I got a season pass to a water park that is just down the road from me (wave pool, water slides, lazy river, etc.) so I'll be there almost daily exercising in the water. I'm in Phoenix so we are either in a/c or in the pool during the summers. It's great!!
