Awesome! I need to get better about my protein too, I usually manage to get at least one shake in. I typically get about 50-60 grams of protein total (with the one shake) but I also noticed I lose more when I drink 2 a day.
Taking calcium citrate with iron is a big no-no, thanks for pointing that out for those who do not know. Thankfully my multi doesn't have iron in it (i take my iron separately) so I don't have to worry about not taking it with my multis. Also, any of you on Depo-Provera shots need to get extra calcium in, they recently put a black box warning on it b/c it leaches calcium out of your bones if you don't supplement. A good time to add a dose is at bedtime.

I think I will up my protein and see if it helps me lose more. How much do you get in per day? You should be so very proud of yourself and so should everyone who has posted here. We are all doing the best we can to learn to deal with a new life and I think we all deserve a pat on the back!
