What are you eating?
I try to have a protein shake a day. Just so I have ebough in a day. I had a terrible time finding one that didn't nauseate me. Spent about $75 too. I ordered a sample pack of supplements from bariatric eating.com. I am working my way through them. Some I don't care for but none made me sick. Also, no aspartame. I went for my 6 week checkup on Tues. and long talk with nut and doc about "too much protein" and they say my pouch won't let me eat too much, but my one a day is ok.

Hey becky--
Everyone seems to be doing so well eating!! I am not though...
Here is what I ate today
Breakfast--nada (couldn't get anything down)
LUnch--half of a yogurt
Snack--4 cheez-it crackers
dinner--couldn't get it down so I had a saltine.
But I drink a lot between water, crystal light and gatorade. I have spoken to my doc about this and she says its okay i'm not eating all that much as long as I"m drinking.
I do have soup a few times a week (trying not to get hooked on it)
I have been able to have a little plain chicken breast, chili, egg, pork chop, and veggies.
I'm going to try salad soon because I think what bothers me is spice. So, well, I know it wasn't helpful, but that's my diet.
Also, about the protien supplements. I was advised NOT to take any--I need to just go to food, so I'm lacking a little....
Hey everyone! Thanks for the postings! Even though this is not my thread It has helped me a lot!! Seeing what everyone is eating and seeing similar stuff....Is anyone else hungry often??
