What are you eating?

Yesterday I had a SF Fat Free Vanilla Latte for breakfast, about a quarter of a hamburger patty with cheese from wendy's, and a boneless buffalo wing with a little bit of ranch for dinner. Today I've had an AchievOne cappucino. And haven't decided on lunch or dinner yet. As you can see, I only eat three times a day. I am on regular foods now so I try to vary it up each day. What I eat mostly depends on my mood. I'm thinking a salad later today sounds good. As for fluids, yesterday I drank mostly jus****er all day long. Got in about 50ozs. Today I am drinking some crystal light lemonade.

Let me think...yesterday I had most of an 11 ounce advantage carb control protein shake for breakfast, over about 2 hours.
I had 3 ounces of cottage cheese for snack.
I had one of those starkist lunch packs-ate half the tuna and 3 crackers for lunch.
I had 2 peanut butter crackers for snack.
The other half of my tuna thing for dinner and a sugarfree popscicle for my final snack.
I drank water, crystal lite raspberry and crystal light peach tea.

I eat 3 meals with 4 oz. of food and 2 protein bars each day (I can't tolerate the liquid). I also drink about 48 oz. of water. Yesterday my meals consisted of:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: 3 oz. chicken, 1 oz. mashed potatoes
Dinner: 3 oz. meatloaf, 1 oz. creamed spinach
I usally have baby food fruit with my oatmeal but I was at a restaurant yesterday for breakfast.
Wednesday
B: Yogurt - 130 calories
S: Soy Chips - 60 calories
L: Tuna 2 oz
S: Tuna 2 oz & Soy Chips
D: Salmon w/ Fruit Salsa
S: ¾ of a Hotdog w/ Ketchup
Thursday
B: 2.5 oz chicken
S: Apple sauce
L: 3 oz chicken
S: 1 oz cheese
D: Toppings off a slice of pizza
S: 1 oz cheese
Friday
B: Strawberry Smoothie (5 strawberries, 8 oz Skim, 2 scoops Unjury powder)
S: Soy Chips (70 calories)
L: Chicken and Mashed Potatoes (230 Calories)
S: Soy Chips (70 calories)
D: Hot Dog w/ Chili
Saturday
B: 1 egg, 1 sausage patty, cheese (ate about ¾ of each)
S: piece of cheese
L: 3 oz tuna w/ 1 tsp Mayo
S: 2 Sugar Free Sugar Wafers and Applesauce
D: baked chicken breast
Sunday
B: ½ Cup Kashi Go Lean
S: ½ Cup apple sauce
L: Tomato Soup

D: Chicken Lasagna (noodle-less)
Monday

You had surgery the same day as me. I have a couple of questions for you. Are those regular hot dogs or turkey hot dogs?? Is that regular Mac and Cheese? ( I threw up after 1 bite yesterday), and are those real Meatballs?? What kind of chicken nuggets were those.I'm jealous. I can't eat anything that's thick like that or I throw up. Sorry so many questions, I'm just sick of eating mashed potatoes, soup and refried beans. I know everyone is different. I go to the doctor today for my 6 week check-up. Hopefully I can start eating some meat or at least try.

I eat 5-6 times a day, every 3 hours.
B-1/2 c. eggbeaters with 2 T. con queso
S-1 cheese stick-light
L-1/2 C. FF refried beans with 2 T. con queso, 2 T light sour cream
S-Elite orange dreamsicle protien powder made with 6 oz of water
D-1 cheese stick and 2.5 oz thin sliced roast beef
S- 4oz kozy shak chocolate pudding with 2 T lite cool whip
I eat alot of cottage cheese and applesauce too. And constantly drinking water with lemon. Except around eating time of course.
