You Deserve a Round of Applause...

I just wanted to take a second to congratulate each and everyone one of us! I can't begin to tell everyone how much your support has meant! Reading everyone's stories and challenges and successes makes me feel not so alone. I like that we are forming a little 'family'. (I know, I know. I"m a little corny!) Everyone has taken such a HUGE step in the right direction on taking back our lives. Let's keep up the good work and keep losing the weight--and you know what? I agree with you... and I am going back to work Monday... and I will miss all the time I have spent on this site... I know I will be very busy as a facility Social worker... things are always hopping..... I will have to try hard to get my OH daily fix. COngrates on your weight loss..... very impressive... I only lost 18 pds since 3/28/05.... but have lost 50 since Jan 17th 05.... so I will just keep trying to get that protein in, water drank and those miles walked!!! Good luck to every March surgery person!!!!
