Milestone Alert !!!!

Today was my weigh-in day and I weighed in at 401 lbs, down 8 pounds in the last week. I was hoping to break through the 400 barrier, but it looks like it will happen tomorrow or Sunday (I am going to have to cheat and weigh myself daily until I break through this barrier!). It will be a tremendous load off (no pun intended) to be in the 300's. For those of you unfortunate enough to have seen the 400's, you know what I mean...we're jealous of all the "skinny" people that only weigh in the 300's! Also, I tried on some old shirts last night and can now wear them so I added about 5 new shirts to my wardrobe. Good stuff and look out 300's here I come! Chris S.

Hey Chris, You are doing awesome!!!! It is so great when you can actually find some of your old clothes to wear again. Before you know it you will be out of the 300's! You are an inspiration. Keep up the good work!!!

Way to go, Chris man! I stopped the madness well before I got to 400 (though I don't doubt I could have, with time), but getting out of the 300's felt good, too (as you will find out soon enough!!) Monday will be eight weeks. The scale today said 280, a loss of 62 LBS! Keep on keepin' on! Greg
