Update: Infection at surgery site

Hello, I saw my surgeon's PA yesterday and she was able to drain the area that was all red and hot. She got out over 50 CC's and it does feel some better already. I was advised to continue the antibiotics and followup again with any fever or if the redness and tenderness does not go away. Thanks to everyone for all the support offered on my original post. Oh and I lost 7 more pounds- 5 weeks out today and I have lost 32 pounds. I am happy with that and my Dr says I am right on track so Yipee for me!! Thanks again!!!! Terri
