One Month Follow Up
I just went yesterday for my 1 month follow up. I've lost a total of 36lbs and was told that my protein was fantastic. I really thought I wasn't getting enough protein. I was also eating at a stage 2 and was told that I can be eating at a stage 4. So I skipped stage 3 altogether.
Anyways I was totally thrilled that I was told that I'm doing fantastic and to keep doing what I've been doing.

Hi Deborah,
Yes it is so
to be a loser! I'm just taking it 1 pound at a time. The first two weeks I found myself getting depressed over the food I couldn't eat, but I got over that really quick thinking about the smaller me in the end...
Here's to letting the pounds melt away forever! Good luck on your journey..
Karen
