Daily Food and Exercise Log
B-1 fried egg
l- 3oz of turkey chilli, 1 oz of ff cheddar cheese
d- either left over chicken or a roast - in any case it will be 2 oz
s - 3 saltines and 1 wedge of lite laughing cow cheese
s- ice pop maybe
a half hour walk in the neighborhood although I did not do it last night...I have got to get out and do it tonight!
