B-Carnation Instant Breakfast w/simply smart milk skim 14G L- 2 oz chicken w/1 oz 2% cheddar cheese 20g s- Maybe yogurt but it seems i never get to it D- 2 oz chicken w/1 oz 2% cheddar cheese 20g 1/2 hour walk in neighborhood with daughter after dinner. It helps to get things moving again and when I get back I can start drinking.
