Good Morning all. sorry I missed you the last two days. Didn't feel well Wednesday and didn't eat enough to post and yesterday well I do not have an excuse but remember to start it without me that is fine.
B Carnation instant breakfast, 1c simply smart milk 14g
s 2 oz cottage cheese 7 g
l 2 oz chicken 14 g

s sf pop
exercise 1/2 hr walk in the neighborhood. I have to check the mileage in the car.

Breakfast - Jamba Juice Strawberry Nirvana - 12 oz (took me 3 hours to drink at work!!!)
Lunch - Wendy's Chili (1/2 cup) 2 saltine crackers
Snack - 1/2 banana
Pre-dinner anti-foamie ritual - 1/2 cup hot herbal tea
Dinner - 1oz sloppy joes (no bun) and green beans
Snack - SF ice cream (1/4 cup)
Walked 20 minutes today on a break at work.
