The only problem with Viactiv is the calcium is calcium carbonate instead of calcium citrate which is what most of us have been told to take. Kerri

Our doc said as long as you are taking calcium, that is what matters. Take the Viactiv and then get tested and see if you are getting the right amount. You only have to take more carbonate then citrate.
