I had a couple pieces of sugar free chocolate on easter and I was fine..also the sugar free pudding will be fine. I also drink Nestle Quick sugar free and it is good hot or cold. You have lots of options and it will only take a little to get you over your craving!! Good luck!! Michelle

i've eaten the sugar-free reeses miniatures and been fine. they do have a laxative effect (but i need help in that dept. right now anyway) and i haven't eaten more than one or two. but normally sugar alcohols won't make you dump in the "dumping syndrome" sense, they just have a small laxative effect. michelle

Hi Shaconda Congrats on the 20 pounds, gone forever! I am 2 1/2 weeks out, and found my chocolate craving to be pretty well satisfied by either some of the better chocolate protein shakes, or by the fat free, sugar free Fudgsicles. They taste pretty good and have 2 gm. of protein in them also! I always crave salt at "that time."

Hey Trish...how are you today?? Where do you get the sugar free fudge bars? All I can find is the no sugar added! I used to be able to get the sugar free when I was on weigh****chers about 2 years back, but have looked EVERYWHERE and now, can't seem to find them. Thanks for any help..JK

Blue Bunny makes excellent Sugar Free/No Sugar added fudge bars. I just get them at my local grocery store.

I agree with Trisha The sugar free fudgepops (Klondike) are a great fix for the chocolate! Tonight I went to the store and bought another brand and they are double fudge pops and they are also sugar free...I cant wait to try them. Well...time for dinner... Tara

I take chocolate Viactiv as a calcium supplement 3x daily. That seems to do the trick for me! The caramel is also tasty. Elena
