Cold

Is anyone else really cold,i have been chilled for the last two days and i was hoping i'm not getting sick.I use to be really cold when i was skinny but that has been awhile. Rechelle

i am freezing! good to know i'm not the only one. i wore a sweater to work!

I keep going back and crawling under my covers.LOl

I noticed myself adjusting the thermostat in the house. I used to keep it around 65-68 in the house and now I keep it around 75. Hugs Kim

OH yes !! I am cold all the time now. The dr. said its because we are on low fat diets and that makes a very cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Janice 4 weeks post-op -25pds.

Hi Rechelle, I am cold all the time now too. Even in bed under the blankets! It is not uncommon to see me with 2 blankets covering me when I am sitting and watching TV. Hubby thinks it is great since he always thought I kept it too cold in here. I have been setting the heat at 72 and still need a blanket! Maybe it will help us shiver ourselves skinny! Roxi M

You are losing some "padding". LOL People say as they lose they are ALWAYS cold and after they are at goal, they CONTINUE being cold. That's going to be weird for me because I'm the one that always has to have a ceiling fan on or a mini-fan on at my desk at work.

Somedays cold...NEVER hot anymore! Used to be hot ALL the time! Hey Janice, Congrats on losing some more weight!! Notice that you broke your non-losing streak! Been thinking and praying for you, glad to see it!! JK

I have been freezing since my surgery 3 weeks ago. My hubby thinks that I have lost my mind. I was always hot, hot, hot. My doc's assistant had the surgery and she said that she is always cold too. And I should get ready to wear sweaters to work. I can't imagine.

I am cold all the time also! Its rare to see me without a sweatshirt! My hubby says that this summer outta be interesting! We normally keep the house cold with the A/C. He says that this summer I will still want my goose down blanket! I always was hot and now I am cold. I actually like it, because to me that means that I am losing some of my layers. I will take the cold to lose the pounds! Tara
