B- 1 cup simply smart milk w/carnation instant breakfast 14G
s- 2 oz yogurt 3g
l- 2 oz. salmon 14g probably can only get in 1.5 oz though
s- applesauce 2 oz
d- 2 oz. salmon 14 g
s- sf ice pop
1/2 hour tonight on treadmil at gym
Working on the water...hasn't been easy. When it hits my pouch, I get a cramping that does not feel good!
P.S. If I do not start it...Don't be afraid to start it someone else. That is okay.
Hi Kelly, can I ask you how much weight you have lost?? I am having a blue day today and REALLY struggling with my very small weight loss! I know that comparing to others is a BIG No No but I am trying and not doing so great today!
Well, here is my menu for today:
BF 6 thin slices deli ham 9g 50 cal

sn protein bar 10g 100 cal

dinner boneless skinless Chix breast eaten in 2 parts 21g per part 120 cal

So far today, I have eaten both helpings of Ham and drank 47 oz of fluid.
It is okay to ask I'll tell you. But first lets lay out that we are both almost four weeks out. My doctor's food allotment looks to be different than yours. I am currently able to have: cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs, thinly cooked cereal, canned veggies and fruit and fish. I can only consume about 2 oz per meal and my meals are sugar free or no added sugar and very low in fat if any. You can already have ham and chicken. I can not start chicken until tomorrow and the ham isn't until next week. I would watch the fat and the sugar content of the ham and protein bar.
But to get to your question, I lost 20 lbs first two weeks (only on 6 oz of boost/day back then) then I didn't lose for 1.5 weeks and the scale just started to move again so I fluctuate but around 28 lbs, I think. I won't trust it until I get weighed at the docs office on May 19th. I want to sneak in there to weigh myself!
From what I have read, people go through spurts of losing and then not losing. Just keep doing what your doing and it will come off. Listen to me! I have been feeling just as frustrated as you and I am giving you advice! LOL!

If you are eating the deli ham in a package remember its to much salt/sugar 6 slices sounds like alot ??? My dr. said to try to stay away from protein bars for about 4 months as they do have sugar in them !! Best of luck to you....
