One Month and 4 days later ...........

I can honestly say I feel great. Just over a month post-op and I have 42 pounds gone. I still can't believe it. I have bouts from day to day wondering if I have done the right thing but as I contiunously see the weight come off I see that I did make the right descion BECKY

Wow!! That's great, Becky!! Congrats!!! But NEVER look back and QUESTION your surgery. Ever!! You need to look forward and feel confident you made right decision to have surgery and have NO regrets!!! Not only is weight coming off, but you are adding YEARS to your life! Obesity kills ya - it's a slow death. So having this surgery saved your life! Think about it that way! Keep up the good work. 42 lbs in a month is WAY above average. WOWSER!! Whatever you are doing, it must be right! Keep it up!

Hi Becky, It's so wonderful to see your posts. I recalled just signing your pre-op support page and now look at you! I think we will always have those "bouts" of wondering if we did the right thing, but moving forward and losing is still the focus. BTW, your progress is absolutely wonderful! Keep up the good work.
