Headache

Hi all, I'm three weeks post up today. I lost 22 lbs. the first week and haven't lost another pound since. I'm not stressing over it because I've had the benefit of reading here for the last year that it can stall. My concern is that I've had a headache for three days and I'm not sure what's going on. I'm not nauseated, just a horrible headache. I've checked my blood pressure regularly and it's within normal ranges. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this normal? I appreciate any help you can give me. Lisa

Lisa, I think that was one of the symptoms that my doctor wanted me to call his office if it happened. It won't hurt to call them tomorrow. I had my wls the day before you and have lost 25 lbs. I hope the headache flees soon! Susie

I lost 23 lbs in about 11 days then NOTHING for a week, then I GAINED 5 lbs then I lost 5 lbs then I lost some more then I gained 2. I am 4 weeks post op. LOL So you are not alone! It's normal. I'm down 31 lbs now, but haven't lost anything in several days. I know I'm not supposed to weigh daily, but I'm getting better - every couple of days now vs. 5 times daily! LOLOLOL Headaches can be a sign of dehydration. You drinking enough water?

Lisa, I got on here to ask the same question! I've been drinking water all day so I doubt it's dehydration (though, yes it is a symptom) I had my surgery on the 14th and I've lost the same as you. Did you call your doctor? I haven't yet, but my head is just thumping and now my neck and shoulders hurt! Yikes!

I haven't called the doctor yet, I was hoping it would ease up a little. My hurts in my neck sometimes too. I'm drinking my water so I didn't think it was dehydration. I go to the doctor next Wednesday and I was hoping I could hold out until then.
