-27lbs in less than 2 weeks.

Hello everyone, I have been so down and depressed since surgery due to head hunger and not being able to do much, lol. Today I dropped by my PCP's office to see if they would weigh me and they did, their scales say I have lost 27lbs. I figured theirs would be different from digital scales so I went and bought a digital scale and it says the same thing. I have lost 27 pounds, my surgery will be two weeks ago this Thursday! Now that makes me happy! Love and God Bless Angela

Congrats!! I had lost 8 pounds before the surgery..was in the hospital 9 days and came home and hadnt lost a pound. But since last wednesday (the day i came home), I've lost 16. Woohoo!!! Kerri ;)

Congrats Angela! My surgery date was 3/18/05. I went back to the doctor on 3/31 and I was down 20lbs. I feel great and my energy level has greatly increased. God Bless Veronica

Great! I went for my post-op today and only showed -7 pounds. I was really bummed. But my legs are huge with fluid. The doc said to put my feet up above my heart (nice trick), and it would help move the fluid. Also drink more water, and walk. I feel better since I also got the staples out. I honestly have to say this whole experience has been a lot less of a deal as I thought it would as far as pain and all. Keep up the good work all.
