doesn't feel like i lost weight
I've lost 30+ lbs in less than a month and I don't see a difference either in me, but others say my face is smaller and my neck/shoulders area. Take pictures of yourself each week. You'll be able to tell in photos.
Don't feel down just because YOU can't see a difference! Be happy that you're losing! You'll see it eventually.
I've lost 49lbs in 4 weeks and I can't tell by looking at myself either. I can tell in other ways though, such as my back not hurting when I walk, being able to put on my socks and shoes easier, things like that. Also, I went back to work last week and everyone said they could tell in my face and neck also. I think we seem to lose from the head down. Not the area I would like to start with...but my body didn't ask my opinion! I also got depressed at a lack of loss in the last week or so, but everyone's advise is to eat more protein and drink more water. I know it is our nature to STOP EATING when we want to lose weight, but our bodies are different now, and are reacting differently. If you don't eat, your metabolism with shut down to preserve whatever it can. You won't be giving it any choice. I am trying to just follow my diet, get the extra water and protein, and live my life and try to forget about it. I'll know when I have to start buying new clothes! Hang in there, it will come off!

Tomorrow I will be 1 month post-op & don't feel bad, cause I can't tell a difference either. But everyone I see is like: "Dang How much weight have you lost"? I've lost about 35lbs. but I really can't see. some of my pants are getting way baggy, but I don't really think much of it. But everyone's just like, oh you look so good & blah blah....& I'm like....I wish I could tell. LOL Don't feel bad. the time will come eventually.
