my post op appt.

Just wanted to let everybody know that it has been 1 week since my surgery and I had my first post op appt. today. I have lost 13 lbs since last Friday....crazy! I thought for sure maybe 7 lbs...but not 13 lbs! Everything is going well and I am in great health. I have gone from 277 lbs to 264 lbs. YEAH!!!!
