I have a head cold!! Does anybody have a good suggestion what to take?

I have a stinkin' head cold right now! With a cough and a goopy eye! Does abyone have a suggestion of what would be good to take to stop some of these symptoms? Otherwise I feel great. I have no pain and am having no trouble eating when and what I should. I do have some stupid food cravings, but I know what I did was the best for me. Thanks for any advice for the cold thing!! Lynn

Take sugar free Robitussin. I hear some people have dumping if they take regular cough/cold syrups. Or take an antihistamine - cru**** up if you need to. I hope you get to feeling better soon. Drink PLENTY of clear liquids! Rest!

when did you have your surgery? just curious....had mine in 3-18-05! hope you feel better!

I also am coming down with a cold, I thought is from lack of food and vitamins... But I get to start my vitamins tommorrow. Hope all is well Janice
