I feel good!

I cannot believe how much better I am feeling. I have heard about the unbelievable energy and good feels of post ops and I was beginning to think I'd never feel them. I am so so energetic! I feel so good about myself too. What a deal! Amy

congrats! As a pre oper it is good to hear that you feel so well!! when was your surgery? mine is on the 22nd. what phase of the diet are you on?
