OMIGOSH! I've got a date

Surgery is scheduled for March 21st...I posted to the regular message board but was excited to find this one. People who are or were just a little while ago, where I am right now. WOW -- I'm excited, nervous and apprehensive all at the same time. More today than yesterday...but I think it's going to be an up and down rollercoaster ride for the next 2 weeks... how do you all manage?

We have the same date!! Have you just smiled all the time since you found out? I know I have! I think this message board is almost as good as a live support group. Congrats and we'll be making the journey together. Toni

it is a rollercoaster. i have my surgery on friday, march, 11 2005. so i know how you feel. i will post once i get home from the hospital and let you all know. Monika
