My date is March 7th and I'm stoked.

Yeah I'm goin in on march 7th for surgery and I'm really looking forward to it. Heard about this web site from my nutrition class and it's great to read all of your posts it's great. If their is anyone out there who knows where to get Vitamist at a discount rate, could you help me?

Hey Russ congratulations on your upcoming re-birth. I actually asked my PCP if I really needed to get special vitamins and she suggested that since I'm a great pill taker to keep on taking the Advanced Centrum I was taking which I bought at the grocery store. I break the pill in half (afraid the horse pill will get struck in my stoma!) and swallow with a sip of water and don't drink or eat anything for the next half hour. Sometimes this is hard for me because I'm thirsty all the time. Good luck on your upcoming surgery and may God grant you an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery!

CONGRATS Russ!!! March 7th here too!! Not sure about discounted vitamins but you can get them cheaper at The Vitamin Shoppe and GNC also has a Gold Card you can buy that offers some real good discounts. Here's to an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery!!
