Jitters

Ok the nervous jitters have set in I am exactly one week out from surgery and very excited and so nervous that I do not know what to do. Anyone else starting to loose sleep over nerves. Crystal www.marykay.com/crystalgarland

I know what you mean Crystal...my surgery is next wed, I face these jitters and put them to work. It is ok to feel the way you do just try not to let them over come you if possibble.. E-Me if you need to talk. Becky

Hello Crystal,My name is Renee,I am having my WLS March 8th.Trust me what your feeling is the norm.I am 13 days from my surgery and I'm a mess haha.I have wanted this for so long you think I'd be ok with it.I had my filter put in yesterday and that made it all seem real now.I was thinking, "OMG, I am really doing this".I am excited though as I'm sure you are.we will be just fine and in six months we'll be thinking what was the big fuss for.I wish you all the best..take care..Renee, SC

Crystal, I echo the responses you have received. March 1st is my date and I have had a hard time sleeping for a couple of weeks. Excitement, anxiousness, butterflies in my stomach and sheer joy are some of the emotions that describe the roller coaster of feelings I am experiencing.
