Scared of losing too much!!

Hey fellow Marchers!!! My surgery is in 2 weeks and I am TERRIFIED...BUT READY!! I have been having panic attacks because of the anxiety. I am so anxious. I know I need to calm down. My biggest issue is that I will become a size 0 and disappear. LOL =) I currently have a BMI of 40 at 234lbs and need to lose exactly 100lbs. If I go over that, I feel that I will look like a toothpick. Is anyone else a "lightweight" out there who is experiencing this same fear? Trina

Hi Trina i,m at that weight also but i put it on I was 10lbs lighter i felt the same that i may lose to much and I would like to be at 150 but e will just have to ait and see

I as well as my fience have that same concern...My bmi is 40 and I'm 242lbs I'm looking to get down to 150-155 my pre babies weight lol..According to health charts at 5'5 should be around 115-120 however I dont want to get that small...but the fact that its removal has some what put that concern at ease for me.

WOW I am thinking like you!!!! I am 230 pds and at 5`1 ......and 51yrs old I am also scared that I will get down to small???? I want to lose 100 pds only. thank you for posting this. Janice

Hi, I am 5'7 and 244 lbs. I'm afraid I'll have to pick "the girls" up off the floor!! I had Breast reduction when I was 17 (I'm 44 now)...and "the girls" have been 38b forever. I'm scared they'll go into hiding or worse fall to the floor!!! Other that that I'm very excited, 1st date was cancelled by the Dr.'s office (2/19/05) I wish I knew why. Looking forward to getting it over with, ready for all changes. Linda
