Hi, my name is Joan and I'm also a Marcher....March 4, 2004. So I'm almost one year out. I want to wish everyone here the best of luck. I am 5'6, and started out at 247 lbs. I was a size 22. Tomorrow I am leaving for the islands on vacation....with a size 6 bikini in my suitcase....and it fits and looks great. This will be YOU guys next year! You are about to embark on the most incredible journey of your lives. The best advice I can give you is to educate yourselves. Learn, learn learn. There are no dumb questions. This is a gift...a tool you will learn to use to the best of your ability. I am now living the life I always dreamed of living. Number ONE...I am healthy. That is the real reason we all do this.
