My date is March 23rd.

I was called by my doctor's nurse practioner an informed that my insurance called her and approved my surgery . I couldn't be happier, a little apprehensive, but happy. They also informed me that they will be removing my gall bladder as a result of the ultrasound they did. Is this common? My wife is a little concerned about that. Does anyone else, who's scheduled, or already had surgery have this done? Thanks in advance, Vince
