Hello! I am new to the site. My surgery date is March 9, 2005. I am nervous but also excited. I went and saw my surgeon today and he is pretty optimistic that he can do me Lap and not open. I look forward to reading everyone updates, etc. I am looking for a good protein source following surgery. Getting enough protein worries me, I don't want to lose my hair - even though I have always joked about shaving it all off!. I have tried the EAS one and it has been the best so far of the two I have tried. Guess that what makes it good to be far out enough of the surgery date that I can try things ahead of time. Thanks for any and all advice!!!

Congratulations on your date!! Best wishes on success and happiness! My doctor and his staff are highly recommending ISOPURE for a protein source. There are many out there though.
