I will be 4 years out tomorrow.  Dr calls me "WLS Poster Children."  Acturally, I have gained 17 pounds from lowest weight.  I work like crazy but can not get it off.  My BMI is 26 (so dr says.}

hi, Happy Anniversary. Mine will be on the 29th. I have gained about 20, need to get back on track, especially since my son is getting married in October. I still feel great and wish I had done it years earlier.

Happy surgiversary! You're doing great! Actually 17 pounds in 4 years isn't too bad.  Just stay aware! Congratulations.

Stacey thanks for the reply.  I am 5'1" so my weight gain has taken me from 8/10 to 12/14.  I am not happy.  Really I know I should be thankful that I have not gained more, but I really work at keeping my weight down.  I do lots of protein, walk, do water exercise, take dancing and power lifting classes.  Still I gain.

Looks like you have done good.  Congratulations on you surgery anniversary.
