Anthem BlueAccess PPO and revisions?

Post Date: 5/12/08 10:02 am I didn't have Anthem for my open rny 3 yrs ago but I have anthem now. I've been having some major reflux issues going on and I have a appt with a gastro doc to see whats going on down there. I have gained some weight. I'm worried that the acid might have made a hole in my pouch and thats why I don't feel full anymore and why I've gained. If any of u have Anthem what was their criteria for a revision? I did call them but I've been on hold for 30 mins. I'm impatient. I thought I'd come here first and see if anyone else has been thru this. Thanks Ange

Hi once again.
I aso have Anthem bc/cs ppo thru Rumpke.  I don't know if they will do my revision.  I am praying and afraid to make that dang phone call for fear of them saying no and right now I can't taken anymore rejection.  If you find out anything please let me know.
