My 2 year date!

I hope this finds you all well and happy. I'm down 135 pounds. I've stabled out and am living a good and active life. I'm walking 18 holes of golf several times a week and before surgery I couldn't walk one hole!. My family is happy, all have lost weight and we're active and participate in things we could have never done because Dad just couldn't get the energy to do it. It's been tough yet rewarding. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! I've had ZERO problems with my pouch - no complications at all. I've thrown up 3 times since surgery because I ate too much and now I can have just about anything I want. (Just a touch of rice sits in my stomach like a rock though!) I'm eating a little more now but working it off the correct way and really enjoy being more healthy. Life is good!
