This is my first time to post. I did not know this board was here. I am coming up on my 2 year anniversary and I can tell the struggle is on. I am 5'1'. I started at 262, lost 132 lbs, maintaining at 130 for the last few months, size 8-10. I had BA/BL/TT November 2006. Walk 2 miles most days and take weight lifting class a couple times a week BUT I CAN TELL THE STRUGGLE IS ON. I went to my doctor/hospital support meeting last night and my weight was up a little--first time that has happened. According to their fancy scales, it is water and muscle weight, but still I hated seeing the numbers go up. The old cravings for food is back and I can eat much more. I know it is head hunger, but.... I am trying to go back to a lot of liquid protein for a few days, but it is hard going back. I eat very little sugar, but I got into it yesterday. I guess, I was upset about the weight gain at meeting. Old habits keep sticking their heads up. I know these are little things, but I just do not want things to get out of hand. Been there--Done that. Anybody else having problems?

Mary. Congratulations! It is a struggle, but you can do it! Today is my 2 year aniversary, too! I'm down 106 lbs. The scale went up for me over these past 5-6 months -- 14 lbs -- but I have lost 10 of those so I'm back on track! If you need someone to chat with, I'm here! Again, congrats!! Becky K.

Congratulation on your anniversary day, too. I have three pounds that come and go. I call them The Big Three. Seems they are coming more than they are going these days, but I entend to get them back off and keep them off. It has been a rough weekend, and I have let sugar slip back into my life. I simply can not eat it. When I start eating sugar, I can not stop eating it and everything else. Sooo I am stopping the sugar stuff as of tonight. I'm here for you, too. Thanks for the email. Interesting we have the day.
