Cold hands and feet

I'm going to have to go see my md on this. My feet and hands are always cold and I get light headed a lot. I'm guessing I have low blood pressure, but I'm a bit concerned. Greg (342/180/178)

Oh YES sounds like Hypoglocymia ( i cant spell it)........I was just diagoised with this... My symtons were Cold feet, and hands, dizzy, fainty like, shakey, confused, and finally not knowing where i was.......The doctor said this is common in gastic bypass and kasier just gave me a blood meter kit and now i have to check my blood levels every day and I need to eat 6 small meals a day.....I have done this for 4 days now and i feel much better.Dont let yourself get real low in the blood sugars or you will FAINT and PASS OUT........Have your blood sugars check with doctor, mine got down to 68 the normal doctor said is 80-100 Best of luck to you Janice

It could be blood pressure or it could be anemia, low iron.
