Good morning to everyone..I was wondering if anyone experenices this? Sometimes i get very weak in my body and can barley walk and I feel very shakey?? I notice this when I eat sugar BUT it happens like 5 or 6 hours later.. I try not to eat sugar but sometimes I do, but one day I was walking with a friend and I could barley walk as my legs felt like rubber, and i started to shake alittle. I have been stabalizing between 140-148 pds...Other then that I feel great but I am trying to see if maybe i get to much sugar in my body.? Thank you Janice 320/231/145

HI Jan, I also get this and my sugar is normal. I find if I haven't eaten in hours, which can happen since I don't get hungry, I will bottom out. Protein with a bit of good carb seems to work for me. Sugar in my coffee will make me nuts if I don't put something in my system to slow it down, and luckily I still dump. I carry protein bars, nuts and cheese, 1/2 sandwiches on ww pita, with me (not all at once). Wow, you have done so well! I got your message about ppl gaining, I won't let myself go over 2-3 lbs because I fear a return to the old me and it is good to know that you did all protein and dropped nine pounds, I will remember that. My favorite thing is looking at my clothes on the hanger and thinking there is NO WAY that little shirt/pants/whatever is going on me..........and of course it does, and I am thrilled. I have not had the dizzy feeling in quite awhile but when I did I would drink Gatorade or one of the other sports drinks. That would help me very quickly. Donna
