Marchers-Do you have any of these "problems"?

I notice that apart from the jelly belly I have the following changes: -allergies are a bit worse -joint aches and pains -always cold -hair fell out and grew back ultra curly But apart from that I am healthy and happy, I go up and down about 4 pounds and tolerate most foods except bread, pasta, anythng too sweet or fatty which is the point right? Married my best friend this July in my friend's back yard, it seems like life is so enriched by this surgery. Barbara

Hi Barbara, I never had allergies before, but now I seem to always have a runny nose and I'm always cold. Burgh! what's up with that? Before, I was always hot. What a trade, huh? I don't mind, now I just dress warmer. Anyway, all is well and I am happy with the outcome, but now I'm trying to kickstart more weightloss because I do want to lose more. Congratulations on your recent marriage! I'm so happy for you and I wish you the very best life has to offfer!

I am the same way, but there is a part of me that is afraid of plastics and I noticed the last time I lost about 10 pounds I became much more droopy......so it's a double edged sword. Also I realize that I have NEVER not had this in front of me, what will I do with all my mental freetime if I make my personal goal of 20-25#'s from here??? Oh, and my tailbone hurts............. Well, I was always cold before...hair fell out and grew back frizzy...found bunches of "knots" in my neck, armpit, groin area-doctor is checking them out on Thursday. I got a respiratory infection and lost some weight. According to the doctor, I lost "too much" weight and he has been trying to get me to gain back 15lbs. Been trying since last December-no luck, but mostly staying the same. I tolerate most foods-can't do leftover chicken or broccoli of any kind *pout*. Fighting depression, but I am very happy with my surgery decision. Still feel amazed when I grab those size 2L jeans out of the closet and slip them on. I am so glad you are doing well, and congrats on the weddin! Becky

WELL that sucked. I just had a whole reply that was interesting and funny. But it just disappeard. Computers Anyway, My tailbone hurts too. It is so pointy I have taken to carrying around a donut pillow. I am always FREEZING. My cute little skinny butt is always covered up under a sweatshirt and a turtle neck and I am saggy and droopy in places I didn't know could sag or droop. But I am happy. Finally! I am marrying MY best friend in an all the bells and whistles fete in March. Figured it was appropriate as I started this journey in March 05, got engaged in March 06, thought I'd go for a March hat trick... now If I can just get pregnant on my honeymoon.... all will be well. Life is good as they say. Life is very good. TERREE

Hey Barbara, I too am always cold! I never had allergies before but I have been fighting something for the last month runny/stuffy nose, cough and congestion. I think it is allergy as it hasn't gotten worse and is better some days then other but I am ready to see a doctor. I am tired of it. I don't have the aches and pains, at least not worth talking about. I did lose alot of hair and it continues to fall out. I am so tired of it and wi**** would stop, it's all over my bathroom everyday. Congratulations on your marriage, I wish you the best of everything! Jean

-allergies are a bit worse - actually I have fewer sinus headaches than before -joint aches and pains - yes but I had them before too, now I think it's from increased activity -always cold - try FREEZING -hair fell out and grew back ultra curly - I lost quite a bit of hair, it hair was wavy before and it's growing back straighter (I miss the waves) But like you said, happier and healthier than ever before. Good morning girls.. Yes I am always cold and for some reason my ankle gives out and my shoulders hurt, I am 53 yrs old now so I dont know if its the weight loss or my age?? my hair just started to fall out a few months ago, and I started eating sugar this last august and it makes me sick BUt today is a new day and I am back to support group meetings and I am going to work really hard at this wonderful journey that was gaven to me.......
