B: banana, 4 oz Dannon lite and fit yogurt, turkey and cheese rollup
S: Protein Shake
Decaf coffee
L: 1 cup of Mexican chicken and black bean soup
S: Protein Shake
D: Don't know yet, but I'll figure it out when I get home, maybe more soup
All supplements and water. No exercise today, just alot of running around with errands after work.
