FINALLY ONEDERLAND

HI ALL MARCHERS Finally,I reached the onederlands,it took me a long time to get there.Well most of it was my fault,I started to go back to my old ways of eating.I noticed I started eating more carbs than usual and the weight started to pile on.So we stayed in the 200"s-210"s for months.Last month I went to a regional conference group in pittsburg it was fun.I took the tools I relearned and put then back in practice,Now I'm 198lbs::Yahoooo!!!!FINALLY. Now I'm home bound due to inguinal herniahad surgery 5/30/06 this took me off guard because I knew I had a hernia(thought it was small)and that was my ticket for my tummy tuck in DEC oh well.So I'm back to square one. Congrats on getting to onederland. It's a great place to be and I know that many of us haven't seen it for many, many years. I too was sidetracked by my old food addictions. Since my son has been home from college for the summer, I've fallen back into my old eating patterns and haven't seen any progress on the scale. I've got to rededicate myself to using the tools and get the ball rolling again. I had to have emergency gall bladder surgery at the end of March and my surgeon found and fixed a hernia while he was in there. So I too will be starting at square one for getting insurance to even consider my tummy tuck. Oh well, that's a project for next year, I want to concentrate on getting to goal now.
