Maureen - STOP this insanity right now!!! What are you doing? Get back to basics - however it is you do that - I'm not sure - but please don't give up on yourself - you've come too far for too long. Are you seeing a counselor? If not - you need to make an appt. ASAP and get to the the root cause of this because there is more to it that "once a fat girl" - you are not a fat girl - you are a healthy vibrant inspirational woman! Journal your foods, plan your foods, empty your cabinets - do whatever it takes.... go to OA - do something different - you've been frantically posting that you are having issues for several months now - asking for help, looking for answers and whatever is happening here on OH isn't enough for you - so it's time to try something different - if that doesn't work - try something else - but don't give up!

You can eat really awesome food without blowing it! I just had Pseudo cheesecake that was unfreekinbelievably good - SF cheesecake pudding mix with greek yogurt!

Get into cooking - there are some incredibly creative people who have come up with the most amazing dishes that even "normal" people would salivate over - honest!!

hi marilyn!!!! i'm right thre with you at facebook. I'm also sick with a nasty cold going on 3 weeks now. can't shake it. been to the docs but wiht all the allergies to medications i have there isn't alot they can do for me. its a waiting game of is she sick enough to try something that could make her really sick game. i'm doing all the things the tell me to religiously.
voodoo might be next.
i've not heard from connie either. i know from past posts that she has had some heavy medicial issues and i'm keeping her in my prayers. as i know we all are.
